Could you tell us something about your background, your education and previous work experience?
I have a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and as a technical education teacher. I have designed fast production processes since 1980. In 1993 I started Teamwork Technology with Hans van Breugel. Since then I have been busy developing several companies and concepts. In 2010 I was responsible for the performance of Teamwork Technology.

What made you choose Teamwork Technology?
Teamwork Technology was started with the goal of developing new initiatives and sustainable technology in multi-disciplinary teams. I am interested the process of innovation and development as well as sustainable energy.

What motivates you in your work?
Working together with inspiring people on projects that matter.

What do you do besides work?
Working with young people, sailing and renovating my house.
